Shipping:
To view a shipping quote at any time prior to checkout, ensure you have at least
one item in your cart and click the "Update" button on the cart. If not already
visible, a "Shipping Estimate" window will open. Simply enter the required
details and click the "Go" button - the calculator will show shipping options
for items in your cart.
We usually deliver to Australia only. For New Zealand customers - please
register, add your requirements to your "wishlist", then
contact us for a shipping
quote.

Please note This service is a "signed for" receipt method. To avoid
delivery delays, it is advisable to provide a delivery address that ensures
someone is able to sign for your items during working hours on normal business
days.
Payment:
All
prices are in Australian Dollars (AU$). The Games Cupboard accepts the following
payment methods:

Direct
Deposit: Once your order has been accepted on our server, an Order
Confirmation email will be sent to the address supplied. Our banking
information is presented at the top of this email. Please note that funds
transferred electronically online usually arrive in our account the next
business day. If you deposit over the counter at any bank other than the
Bendigo Bank, it may take up to three business days for the funds to reach
our account.

Mastercard™ only via secure gateway. We charge at the time of processing so
please ensure that your card has sufficient credit, or your order may be
delayed while we contact you. Please note that although we currently use
the Paypal gateway to process credit card transactions, you do not need to
have a Paypal account to pay by credit/debit card.

We keep your
personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our web
site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information (if needed),
address and phone number. We use this information only to process your order and
to keep you updated on your order. Your credit card information is NEVER stored
on our servers, merely passed to the payment agency/agencies via a secure
gateway. We will never sell, trade or give away your information. Everything you
submit remains private and confidential. We offer you the option of subscribing
to The Games Cupboard newsletters and special offers.
Security:
Security of
your information is of utmost importance to us. When you place an online order
with The Games Cupboard, our secure server software encrypts the information you
submit, ensuring that Internet transactions stay private and protected. Your
personal information cannot be read as it travels to our ordering/payment
system. The Games Cupboard is secured by a GeoTrust SSL™ certificate, providing
up to 256 bit encryption thereby offering the highest level of encryption and
security possible. This means you can rest assured that communications between
your browser and The Games Cupboard web server is private and secure.
Returns:
To request
authorisation for a return, please send an e-mail to
Customer Service , telling us
what you'd like to return/exchange and the reason for returning the item. Please
include your first and last name and original order number. You will be provided
a Returned Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). You must have this return
authorization number for your return to be processed.
If you were not the original purchaser of the item, you should first create a
Games Cupboard account before requesting a return, and should provide the email
address for that account with your return request. This will help expedite the
return process.
We will accept a return for any item within 15 days of your receipt of the
order. We can only accept returns on items which are in their original
condition. Original condition means that the game cannot have been played and
all parts must be in the same condition and packaging as when the game was
received. We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our
error.
When sending an item back, please include:
* the packing slip (or a legible copy);
* the reason for your return;
* your return authorization number (RMA)
Please use sufficient packing material in a sturdy box so that the contents will
be protected from damage. For your protection, please use a "signed for" service
such as Registered Parcel Post for your shipment.
